1. Services

Broadsafe Maintenance Pty Ltd provides professional cleaning, building maintenance, security, and specialised facility management services across Queensland and New South Wales.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless indicated. GST of 10% applies to all taxable supplies.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer (EFT), Cheque, Cash, and Credit Card.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles. Information collected is used solely for providing our services and communicating with you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cancellation

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Cancellation of a scheduled service with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Insurance & Liability

Broadsafe Maintenance holds comprehensive public liability and workers compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided under the relevant agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
