What is the difference between a builders clean and a final clean?
A builders clean happens at lock-up once the major trades finish, and removes construction dust, paint and adhesive from every surface. The final or sparkle clean is the finishing pass immediately before handover, detailing glass, fixtures, skirtings and tracks.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can give us a practical completion date. Booking the stages against your programme is what stops the whole clean compressing into the last day before inspection.
Do you clean during construction as well as at the end?
Yes. Rough cleans during construction keep access ways clear and debris managed so trades can keep working safely.
Do you work outside site hours?
Yes. We schedule around trades and inspections, including after hours and weekends where the programme needs it.
