Do you clean around patient hours?
Yes. Most practices are cleaned before opening or after close, and we schedule around consulting hours so patients and staff are never working around us.
How do you prevent cross-contamination?
Colour-coded cloths and equipment are assigned to a single zone and never inter-mixed, so equipment used in a washroom cannot reach a consult room or a reception desk.
Do you use hospital-grade disinfectant?
Yes, and we use it correctly. The disinfectant is left for the contact time its manufacturer specifies, because wiping it straight off is what makes a clean look right without actually disinfecting.
Can you clean dental and allied health practices too?
Yes. We clean medical centres, dental surgeries, physiotherapy, radiology and allied health rooms on the same infection-control basis.
